What we collect, why, for how long and how to have it deleted.
Data controller
The data controller is OLTRAX GROUP, Via Matteotti 16/b, 25030 Castel Mella (BS), Italy, VAT 04223390982. For any request about your data write to info@oltraxgroup.it.
The site collects personal data only when you send it yourself, by filling in the contact form. We use no profiling tools, we do not resell addresses and we do not send marketing to anyone who has not asked for it.
This text is drafted for the prototype and should be checked with your adviser before publication.
In short
- What we collect. Name, company, email, phone and the text of the message you send us.
- Why. To answer your request and, if it turns into a job, to run the transport and meet accounting obligations.
- For how long. Requests with no follow-up are deleted within 24 months; transport and tax documents are kept for the period required by law.
- Who we share them with. Only those needed to carry out the transport and to meet legal duties. No transfer to third parties for commercial purposes.
- Your rights. You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability by writing to the controller's address.
- Cookies. The site uses only technical and preference cookies (language, animations, admin session). No profiling cookies.
